Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lensis Studio (the "Service"), an internal multi-channel short-form video publishing suite. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Lensis Studio is an internal publishing and scheduling tool designed for content teams. The Service enables authorized team members to:

• Upload short-form video content
• Compose posts with platform-compliant settings (privacy level, commercial disclosure, interaction settings)
• Publish or schedule content to connected third-party platform accounts (including TikTok, Instagram, and others)
• Track publishing status and history

The Service is provided for internal business use by authorized team members only.

2. User Accounts and Access

• Access to the Service is granted by team administrators and is non-transferable
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with unauthorized individuals
• You must notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

3. Content Ownership and Responsibility

3.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the video content you upload through the Service. Lensis Studio does not claim ownership of any content published through the platform.

3.2 Content Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you publish through the Service
• Your content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it is published
• You have the authority to publish content to the connected accounts you select

4. Platform Compliance

4.1 TikTok Community Guidelines

When publishing to TikTok through the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines at all times
• Accurately select privacy levels for each post
• Truthfully disclose commercial content relationships when applicable
• Acknowledge and comply with TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation for each post

4.2 Branded Content Policy

If you publish branded content (paid partnerships), you must:

• Enable the Branded Content disclosure toggle in the composer
• Comply with TikTok's Branded Content Policy
• Not select "Private" as the privacy level for branded content posts
• Ensure all sponsored content is transparently disclosed to viewers

4.3 Other Platforms

When publishing to other platforms (Instagram, etc.), you agree to comply with the respective platform's terms of service and community guidelines.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service to:

• Publish content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Publish content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, misleading content, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Circumvent platform safety features or content policies
• Publish content containing hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence
• Publish sexually explicit content or content exploiting minors
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

6. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms
• We may suspend access if required to comply with legal obligations or platform requirements
• Upon termination, your access will be revoked and associated OAuth connections will be disconnected
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting an administrator

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (including content removal, account restrictions, or policy changes)
• Publishing through the Service does not guarantee that content will remain available on destination platforms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for any loss of content, data, or revenue resulting from use of the Service
• We shall not be liable for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of Lensis Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
